Artist's Background

My name is Jan Neville, a practicing artist living in London, Ontario.

​

After earning a B.A. from Queen's University and then a Diploma in Applied Arts from Fanshawe College, I worked for over 20 years as an Interior Designer. 

​

After returning to university, earning an Honours Diploma in Visual Arts and then a Bachelor of Education degree from Western University, I taught Visual Arts at the high school level for 17 years.

​

Upon retiring from teaching in 2019, my attention has turned to full-time exploration of my lifelong passion for art.

​

​During the COVID pandemic, and since that time, the focus of my work has been social justice and environmental issues, expressed in multimedia creations.
